Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Personal Mail was forwarded to soon to be x wife's new home. When asked if there had been any mail she said no and that she told the mail person that I do not live ther. Later that year I received documents from her lawyer of personal mail delivered to her house and opened. This occurred although I specifically asked for any mail. Question... Is this behavior legal.
