Is there a set time for divorced couples to get their belongings out of the other ex spouse's house or garage? Divorced for a year now and he still will not get his things that he is storing here--Lake County

Chances are a letter from an attorney will resolve the issue. If that does not work, you can petition the court to set a date certain for the removal of the belongings. In theory, an argument can be made that he is in contempt if he was awarded these items and refuses to take possession.
