phone call caused problem in marriage

I am current married, there is a 16 years old girl who is my husband's co-worker. She is calling my husband all the time, and caused the problem and misunderstanding between my husband and me. is there any way that I can protect my marriage and against the girl?

Your spouse has the right to compel his employer to obtain for his protection a workplace protective order against a co-worker. Otherwise, remedies are limited. It is possible that she could be sued for an injunction to leave him alone or stop making calls. Perhaps speaking to her parents would help.
