Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I have had physical custody of my 2 grandsons for 21 months on request if both parents...do I have any rights to stop mother from taking or seeing the boys ? She is 5 weeks out of rehab for heroin addiction. only have notorised paper signed by both parents giving me temp custody and have gotten them medical card and tanif from state of Indiana

You should obtain a court order for guardianship. You will theb be able to use your descretion pursuant to the order.
