Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I have physical custody of my almost ten year old daughter i have had this since she was too. Her mother is to pay half of all her bills, school expenses, clothes, and etc. she hasn't seen her in over a year now and havent even called. What can I do to get some of the money she owes me and what can I do to get sole custody of her?

Physical custody IS sole custody, unless you have a joint legal custody order in your decree. You can contact the prosecutor's office in your county and ask them to establish a real child support order for so much a week (Splitting bills like you have is always a problem and no decent lawyer would have recommended it to you). You can also ask them to file a contempt for any unpaid monies owed, or you can do that with private counsel.
