Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I am planning on filing divorce for infidelity. I want to move with my children from Indiana back to Texas where my family is. We have only been here 1 year. My spouse is in Indiana. Is this illegal, and should I file for divorce in Texas if I want to stay there?

indiana is the only state that has jurisdiction for the divorce. you need to get a reputable lawyer in your county. word of mouth is the best source but if you do not know one the local county bar association should have a referral list. good luck.
