Im planning on moving with my kids to a different state. I think I have done everything im supose to to go ahead and go. Can I go ahead and move with the kids if I think he will object to it and take me to court? School is starting soon and I wanted to go ahead and get them in.

There is a very detailed notice that has to be sent to him, and you have to wait a certain period of time to allow him to file an objection. Please see an attorney in your community to make sure the notice you have sent him is adequate. If you have not sent him any formal notice, then you should not move with the children.
htee is a relocation statute tha lays out all of the requirements. If he is going to object pursuant to the statute, and you move before a hearing, you may be required to return the children to Indiana. There may be some other serious ramnifications. You should contact a local attorney and discuss your situation.
