positive blood test after delivery

My friend tested positive for meth after giving birth. She demanded another test - it was negative. CPS came and took her other children and when her baby was released they gave him to her mother as well. They are waiting for the results of the baby's blood test which could take 2 weeks. What happens if his test is also negative. She denies using meth. She took lots of sudafed for nasal congestion. What can she expect??
