Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
would like to know how one might go about possibly holding a judge or our government officials responsible for there actions, laws and orders when dealing with parent child relationships.. specifically fathers. They say "whats in the best interest for the child". Do the real parents not get or deserve this right as well? Placing good peoples lives as well as mental states at jeopardy. My life now has become an epic battle within me.Fighting myself over not being able to have a life or say within my own sons life. Are good peoples lives worth destroying over something as simple as equal rights with there own flesh and blood. Why is it a father must fight so hard for,pay for in every way possible-that in which a mother(who may not even care)doesn't have to do a thing for.As a matter of fact has an easier time putting someone else in place whose not even family than the father may have keeping his place.
Something must be done with the law and how its abused. They are our children. Should not all parents be made to work equally, no choice.Like it or not. Im losing my son more and more every day by a petty, narcissistic mother from a judge who would allow me no fairness or options at all. And hes not even a family judge.Who is he to say whats best for a child? What is his educational background to allow such a decision to even be made. to make judgement on a thing that will change the outcome and upbringing of a child the rest of there life?

Our system has checks and balances. Do what you can to have the judge voted out of office.
If you feel that the laws are unfair, do what you can to have your representative (s) voted out.
If thirty days has not passed since the decision, you can file an appeal. good luck.
