Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

power of attoneys

If you are a persons power attoney both my parents. Then my Dad passes away due to cancer and still am my Mom's power of attoney. Then 8 months later my mom passes away due to a illness. During that time I paid her bills with her there each time. I processed everything for her for my Dad put she signed everything. Each check she received she done her banking. I am now the estate Pee Rep and my brother is saying I must tell him and show him everything I did during the 8 months. I told him all the time you need to ask our Mom what had been processed and collected because it is her business to tell him. I told him each time I just helped her to make sure no one tried to lead her wrong. He says he is going to take me to court over this. Can you tell me what legal right do I have in this case.

Re: power of attoneys

Lets cut through to the chaser, your brother is family, let him look. If you did everything correctly, should be no issue.

He certainly could go to court and ask for an accounting, so why make things complicated.

The only winners will be the attorneys.
