Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Power Of Attorney

My husband is in jail for molesting my daughter. He gave his mother power of attorney. We are still married. No legal seperation or divorce papers have been filed or signed yet. Do I have to give her what ever he tells her he wants from our home even though some of it is mine or both of ours? I have given her almost all of his things. Some of what he wants was mine before we got married and others we bought together to be ours.

Re: Power Of Attorney

If you are entitled to these things then do not give them to her. You should file for a dissolution of marriage asap and get a court order concerning what you are entitled to have.
