Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Pregnant By Choice-Contract Needed?

I chose to become pregant through natural insemination due to a failed artificial inseminaiton. The father and I agreed he will not be financially reponsible, and he does not want to be on my child's birth certificate. Before we make up a contract, what do you suggest we include in the contract, and how can we make it concrete and legal?

Re: Pregnant By Choice-Contract Needed?

This is one of the most complicated areas of law that there is. You can not, should not, and I repeat can not and should not do this wihtout the benefit of an attorney. If you read through my profile, I far more often then not, provide information on forms and web sites. I can not do so in this case. I have handled a number of surrogate situations. This is not a do it yourself type of circumstance. Please feel free to contact me.
