Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I have a prenumtual agreement with my current wife that details her property and mine prior to marriage. One of those items is the home we live in that she owned prior to marriage. Due to a recent refinance, I am now on the title and my income has gone to the household the last 10 years to assist with payments and living expenses. The prenumptual agreement stated she has a certain amount of equity in the home coming to her if we get divorced. However, it is joint property now and not her personal property due to the refinance. Will this make this part of the agreement null and void in Indiana in this situation since we are both the owners now?
