Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Do it Yourself - Pre-nuptual

I am going to wed, the home in which we will reside is a part of a corporation but the furnishings inside are not... Some in which are priceless "sentimental"... I would like to protect myself by drawing up a "do it yourself" agreement that will be in legal standing... I need advice on all of the following; are there any guides (forms) to use; where do I acquire them; will it need to be notarized; etc??

Pre-nuptual agreements. Don't try this at home.

I do not practice in Indiana, but I am aware that the requirements for pre nuptial agreements are very specific in most jurisdictions. I think you should consult a lawyer on this one.
