If someone get a pre/post nuptial and they are unfaithful which causes the marriage to end is the pre/post nuptial still valid?

Yes, although perhaps not if part of the consideration for the prenup is faihfulness, there may be an argument you could make. I would have to do some research. Perhaps another attorney may have addressed this argument and will respond.
