Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

we have been having problems with my exhusband. long story but he is bipolar and is having some set back with that... His mother has power of attorney over him. She seem to think that because she has that that she is able step in on behalf of my children for him... Where does she stand?

I don't know what "step in" means, and it could be OK or not OK depending on the circumstances. If you have a problem, you can always let the court sort it out. Your divorce lawyer is the best source for specific advice, as he/she knows the whole picture, and there are no rules to refer to other than those of common sense.
