If you propose then sleep with someone else is that considered adultery if your fiancee finds out that you got them pregnant? You are now married , so is that grounds for divorce through adultery laws?

You can get divorced on the grounds of irreconcilable differences in Indiana. So if your spouse can't get past the infidelity, that certainly would be an irreconcilable difference.
