Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

A protective order is in place for a woman (my sister) who was beaten by her boyfriend. There is a 15 mo old baby, and a judge (who ordered the protective order) ordered that the boyfriend may see his child under supervision for 2 months. After 2 months he make take the child for visitation with out supervision. The father is dangerous and the court does not see that because he is acting perfectly when before the judge and has not (yet) harmed the child, only the mother. Can this be stopped? (a custody hearing has not been set yet).

Sure, if you can prove that he is a danger to the child. Your sister needs to hire counsel immediately.
