I'm trying to prove my husband is abusive (in all ways), in order to obtain full custody of our 3 sons. Do private Facebook posts in a secret group (with photo of my busted nose), be admissible?

Any photograph that is tendered to the court pursuant to Rules of Evidence is admissible. Being on Facebook will have nothing to do with that.
