Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
how can I prove it is in the best interest of my 12 yr old daughter to move to TN with me from IN and my 14 yr son stay in MI with his father? I know I can use webcam and we can visit that way, I'll probably have to incur the cost of transporting for visits, better education in TN, more activities to choose from in TN... what else can help me? By the way right now no child support because I have full custody of our daughter and he has full custody of our son.

You need an attorney in your community to help you. Your question is too broad for a response in this forum. Theere are literally thousands of reasons why a move might be better, and those have to be balanced off against reduced contact between child and parent. (No, a webcam is not the same).
