Provisional court hearings
what will judge do about my wife canceling my health insurance before our divorce proceedings even started. she didn;t even tell me about it and i,m on exspensive medications.

Who knows? The judge may require her to put you back on. You will need a written order from the judge so that the employer will put you back on if the time period for enrollment has expired.
