Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

What is the punishment for missing a court appointed mediation for child support and visitation in Jasper, Indiana. I live in Florida and don't have the money to get up there and they refuse to do it over the phone.

There is no "set punishment" anywhere, but if you can't afford to travel up here, you will undoubtedly lose your case when it it set for hearing.
