Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

A quadro was issued in Indiana against my pension at Fleetwood Rv in 1994. A certified copy of the quadro was sent to Fleetwood however my X never completed the paper work. Now 16 years later she is filling a motion to collect 50% of my pension amount in 1994. There does not seem to be a way to calculate the amount due as the factory has since closed. My X is refusing to sign a child support modification on my 21 yr old daughter who is no longer going to school. What are my rights if the amount owed cannot be calculated as I have contributed to the account since then and with interest my account has grown substantially. Her attorney is holding me in contempt of court as she claims that she never received the necessary paper work however the clerk did provide the necessary documentation to Fleetwood. I fear that the judge will award her half of the current amount of my retirement even though the quadro states that she was entitled the amount through the next quarter following the divorce. What are my right in this situation please help.

There are a number of different arguments that can be made on behalf of both parties and all facts need to be looked at. You really need to hire counsel in order to get a better idea of exactly what, if anything, you will be responsible for.
