Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Hello! My Question, Do I have to pay childsupport for a kid thats not mine becaues i made an boo boo 9years ago by signing the birthcertificate. I have took an DNA test and it came back that hes not mine and I can't get help from ''il dept of childsupport'' so what can I do or suppose to do? Thanks
