Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Hello. My question is how would I go about signing my rights over for a child that I'm not sure is mine? I've requested several paternity tests for the Judge, only to be denied every time. Since he won't give me a test and the mother will not consent to one, I would like to know how I could go about signing my rights over. I'm in Fort Wayne, IN. Allen Co. Would I have to petition the courts to do so? Does there have to be someone there willing to adopt her in order for me to sign my rights over? Will I continue to pay child support after I sign my rights over? Thank you for your time.

You cannot sign over your rights or obligations unless the child is adopted.
