Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

have some questions and was told that I may be able to get help from here. I have a daughter with my ex boyfriend, with whom I was with for 9 years. We were never married, and he is in the Navy. In August, I found out he was cheating on me, so I moved back to Evansville, where I am from, with our daughter. In October, he moved to Louisiana with the person that he was cheating on me with for his job. Next month, he wants our daughter to come to Louisiana (New Orleans) to visit for Spring Break. I have asked him to forward me his leave papers stating that he will be off work the week that she is supposed to go down there and hve not received those yet. I am wondering- do I HAVE to let her go down there? What are the laws? Also, I would like to get a court order for child support, as we do not have anything in writing how much he is supposed to be paying me each month. I just want to know what my rights are, what his are, and what I should do from here.
