Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
I need to know a few questions. First off I am 36 weeks pregnant and the father of my child is in and out of trouble with the law. I need to know a couple questions.
1. he is unemployed and I was wondering what child support would be.
2. I need to know if I can make it to where his girlfriend cant be around my daughter.
3. Does my child have to have his last name?
4. What will his visitation be?

Assuming that you have physical or sole custody:
Child support can be based on historical data if a person is purposely unemployed or under employed. Minimum wage can also be imputed.
Only if his girlfriend is a danger to the child,
Probably.
Go to the Indiana Judiciary Website and look at the Indiana Parenting Time Guidelines.
