Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I was just reading one of the questions about VA Disability and Child Support I have a child in Indiana. They told me they do not concider VA disability as income.

What can I do? He had a stroke and VA Disability is the only income he receives and my daughter is getting nothing now...I do not think the VA knows he has a child. Can my child receive part of his benefits?

Contact the Veteranas Administration and find out what elgibility your daughter might have.
