Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

When I received a copy of the temporary custody agreement the dates and times of visitation were not what the judge ordered in court. And my husband's attorney (I don't have one) put in it that I was to pay my child support to him rather than the clerks office as discussed in court. My ex says that after I left the hearing the attorney and the court recorder discussed the visitation and changed it. Can they do this without me being present? What recourse do I have?

Your recourse is to listen to a transcript of the hearing and order and to hire your own counsel.
