Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I am recently divorced and have joint legal custody but she has physical custody. At the start of this summe our son weas hurt in an accident. My friends held a benifit for him and gave me and my mother the money to use for medical needs. My ex-wife is threating to sue me if and my mom If we don turn over all account information andngive here the money which she has already told me she wasn't going to use it on medical needs. She harrasses me evryday about it. Do I have to give her anything concerning this snce it was set up so she couldn't get it by request of the people who setup the benifit. What can I do?

I hope that your son is doing well. I suggest that you set up a trust account for those funds and

only draw for medical needs. If she has receipts for medical expenses pay those expenses. Keep all receipts for your expenditures.

Contact your divorce attorney as he or she has the most knowledge concerning the divorce and the decree.
