Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I have been recently divorced and was re-reading our divorce papers. I realized that he was in violation of the state(ohio) requirements of being a resident for at least 6 months. I was wondering if I can get my marriage "undone" and moved to my state(indiana)? He was a resident of Indiana, as was I(still am).

You will need to contact an attorney in Ohio and ask about your ability to attack the jurisdiction of the divorce. Frequently it is too late to do that once the divorce is granted, if you knew the divorce was going on and did nothing about it. But the Ohio attorney is the place to start.

Please repost with the reasons why you would want to undo a divorce in order to have another one done. It you both live in Indiana now, you could probably have the post decree issues heard here by registering the divorce.
