Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Hello, I recently filed a petition to emancipate my daughter in Indiana. She is 20 years old, has a job, no longer lives with her mother and does not attend college. I filed the paperwork and received a court date. I just received a Petition to Transfer Proceedings from Private Docket to IV-D Docket. It states that child support services are being provided to her mother and they are asking to have it moved out of a private docket to the circuit court so they would be better situated to provide services. What does this mean exactly? And should I object to this transfer?

Thank You

This should not have any impact on your case, and you would have no ability to object anyway. It is merely a scheduling device.
