Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

We have just recently found out that our 17 is expecting to have a baby and she is living at home and does not work at this time. My question is: we have found out that my husband and my insurance will not cover the baby and we feel that we may not qualify for medicade because we make too much money. I did find out that if we had guardianship of the baby that we can put them on the insurance. Is there something that we can do or something that we will need to have an attorney to do for us?
