Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
I have recently came across some information that shows infidelity from girlfriend of 4 years. We have 2 children together ages 2yrs and one is 7 mths. We currently reside together in a house and I wish to have her removed from the premises. I want to do everything the right way. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Who owns the house? If it is rented, who signed the lease? Are you assuming the children will be leaving when she does? All questions that need to be answered, and the presence of children really suggests you should see an attorney in your area.

I agree with Jay, since there are children involved, you really need to see a local attorney if you want to do everyting the right way. good luck.
