Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
recently a judge granted me the right to claim my son for 2009 taxes and up to age 18. The mother and I were told not to file until after the judgement but she filed and included him anyway. Now I cant claim him. What do i do?

You should have her file an amended return, otherwise, you can seek a contempt finding against her. Another alternative, is if she is supposed to have the 2010 exemption, perhaps you can enter an agreed order allowing you to have the 2010 exemption.
