Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I recently moved from Indiana to Alaska to escape an abusive ex-boyfriend (and the father of my four children) and try to start my life over. He recently filed the following (exerpt) to my local newspaper:

Verified Motion to Establish Parenting Time and Rule to Show Cause filed by XXX XXX (name masked), the Respondent, on November 3, 2010, wherein he prays the Court award Parenting Time to Father and so that Petitioner may answer to the allegations of Contempt and be ordered responsible for travel expenses associated with effectuating Father's Parenting Time.

I have no idea what to do and not much money/time and no lawyer before I have to answer this newspaper posting.

Can anyone help me with some guidance? Thanks S.J.

What you read is service by publication. The actual Petition will provide details of what he claims. My guess is that you moved and did not follow the Relocation Statute. You need to contact family and borrow the money for an attorney as well as a trip to Indiana.
