Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
I have recently received full custody of my 6 year old son. His mother is to get Wednesday's with him for four hours. In the Indiana parenting time guidelines, it states the child is to be "returned by 9". His mother claims I have to pick him up from her home that is an hour away, but from my interpretation of the guidelines, she is to return him since it is extra time and not an overnight. My question is am I suppose to pick up and bring him home or is she to drop him off at home after her 4 hours?

You pick him up and take him home at 9. If visitation is for such a short time period, why would you not try to exercise closer to where he lives so you can get more quality time and less driving time? You didn't ask, but that might be something to think about.
