Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

First Right of refusal

Have joint custody with father having primary physical custody. Refuses to allow me to watch our son after school instead of sending him to a sitter. Allows wife and mother-in-law to babysit and a babysitter. Does not even offer and I am turned down when I ask. I have never refused to watch him.
