Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Rehabilitative Maintenance

Married in New York, living in Indiana the last 3 years. Married 12 years with two children- 10 and 11. Worked FT at the start of marriage, but became a SAHM and worked PT on and off, 12 hours a week in retail for extra money. Was the primary caregiver while husband went back to college to obtain MBA. His income went from about $34k at the start of the marriage to about $130k (plus another $40k in bonuses each year) presently. Plan was for me to go back to college when he became settled in his career. Looking to divorce, I now work FT (last two years) making about $27k a year, still am primary caregiver for children (doctor appointments, school stuff, etc.)- he travels a few weeks a year. Have not gone back to college, what is the chances of receiving maintenance from him for the three possible years to obtain a better job?
