Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

i have never heard of that. i suppose it is possible that if there was actual fraud involved then perhaps you might have a claim against the defrauders but it would be very difficult and costly to try and prove. assume the child is yours, love him/her and act in good faith. if it turns out otherwise then you have done a good thing by helping a child.
