Reimbursement of Childrens Insurance when Non-Custodial Parent is forced to carr
In my divorce decree it states that she is to have Insurance on our two children, and I am to ''Reimburse'' my Ex-Spouse for such. She has recently changed employment, asking me to cover the kids until her new insurance takes effect, stating that she will pay me the difference of such from what is currently being paid. I don't have any documentation stating the fact of her ''Reimbursing'' me, so my options are 1) cover the kids at my expense hoping that she will repay me, or 2) run the risk of her not having insurance on them for up to 90 days. Is there a way that I can force her to pick up Insurance other than her employment and at her own expense legally?

You could ask the court to enforce the decree by filing a motion to show cause. However, by the time you get to court she will no doubt have the insurance in place. Yet that's what it does, then you've reached your goal. Otherwise, act in a way that would best be in the child's interest.
