Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
Relationship
My girl friend and I are both from India, now living in United States. I'm in a graduate school in Indiana and she is working in Atlanta. I quit my job in India and took huge loans to come to school in United States because she wanted me to do it. I'm just 6 weeks from graduation and I came to know that she married another man. I'm heart broken. She doesn't take my calls and if she does, she either mocks me or abuses me. She tells me to be matured and move on. I did so much for her, invested so much of my time and money.I feel let down. I tried to get help from some common friends to know what exactly happened. But she has told them that she was never in a relationship with me and it was just a one sided love.I am hurt and so disturbed that I can't concentrate on my studies or anything else.At the same time, I think I should not let someone take me for granted. Her brother threatens to hurt me and my family if I bother her. His brother leaves in the same city as my family in India. I'm going through a lot of mixed emotions and even thought of killing myself once. But I strongly feel that the people who wronged me should be punished by law. Is there anything that I can do legally to bring her to court of justice? Thanks for your help

Re: Relationship
There is nothing in Indiana law that provides you with a cause of action.
