Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I am looking to relocate out of state in the near future. I currently have sole custody of my son and would like to know what exactly I need to do in order to move out of state with him. I am moving in with relatives who can help me with college and get me on my feet. Will the courts grant me the move? Please help.

There is a relocation statute that sets forth the procedures. Based Lon the information provided, the nn- custodial parent would have to show that. Iris in the best interest of your son to not move.
