Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Is there a way to remove my exhusband from my son's birth certificae without having to hire a lawyer, since I can not afford one? We have already established that he is not the father, by a paternity test ordered through the courts because of child support issues. We both agree to have his name taken off so that I can get my son's biological father put on the birth certificate. When he was born, in FL, there was no paper that my ex signed, at the time we assumed that he was my son's father, but later found out it was someone else (since I had started dating someone else while we had seperated right around the time I coneived my son, but was still seeing my ex). I live in Indiana now, in which state do I file this?
