Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Not reporting income for child support

I live in Indiana and my ex-husband has not paid child support in quite a while (around 1 1/2 years). He also does not carry any health insurance, pay for school expenses, or any doctor bills. I know that he has a job (one full and a part time), but he does not report it to the State of Indiana. What are the consequences for him by not reporting and not paying? What legal action should I take?

You should file for contempt and let him worry about the consequences of not reporting income.
