My divorce has been final for one week. I have since found two small accounts held jointly by my ex that were not disclosed. He also had an account either held jointly with his dad or in his dads name that has since been changed to my ex's name only. Am I entitled to any of this money? Is it considered fraud to have not disclosed this and double damages are due?

There is no provision for less than an equal division of omitted assets. You have 6 years from the date of the decree to petition the court alleging fraud in hiding assets. The court will then consider if there was fraud and whether these assets ought to be divided between the parties. There is no provision for "extra" damages in such situations.
