Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Requesting proof of income for non custodial parent

My ex-wife pays child support..she went to court representing herself to have it lowered. I have to return and show my proof of income..what form do I get to request her proof of income as well? Clerk said something about a redirect form but have had no luck finding it

Re: Requesting proof of income for non custodial parent

You need to give her a subpoena to bring her income records to court in the event the judge did not also tell her to produce proof of income. The clerk's office should have a subpoena form you can fill out and the sheriff can serve it for you.
