Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

i am a US resident of 2 years and have 2 children with my husband, 1 born here 1 not.
he says he wants me to move back and leave the kids, and when i refused he said he is filing for divorce which will mean i get deported and he gets the children.
he says if i sign everything over to him he wont deport me. he also said his family will say i abuse the kids and that i am unfit. he told me to kill myself and make it easier and i did consider it for a short while. i told a friend i wanted to die and he says he will show the letter and prove i am unfit.
he has my social security card and all ID as well as that of the children. he has all the money and i have no means of getting it.
he sells our foodstamps and says if i report him the children will go hungry so im too scared to do that. he also says that in america he will get the children in a divorce since i am not elligible for foodstamps, medicaid or housing.
he was very sweet when we were married but as soon as i moved here he has kept me stuck in the house all day with the children i cannot go anywhere as he has all the money, and he has not allowed me to see a doctor or dentist
i dont want to be deported so i wont see my children, but unless i sign the divorce and custody he says that is what will happen since it is the law that non citizens must leave if they dont have support
he has refused to allow me to take the citizenship so i feel i have no choice but to do as he says
