Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
I am currently residing in Indiana my husband lives in Md the mortgage is in both our names .We were supposed to be in a separation for 1 year according to his attorney with out seeing any one else before we could divorce. I left Md the end of Aug with my son because he said he needed space to think i left him the house so he'd be safe and he said we'd have a place to stay when we came to visit. We(my son and I ) went home (Md) for my sons b'day my husband now has a guy roommate downstairs paying 500 month rent and a woman upstairs with her daughter with no job paying no rent .We stayed at the house after we could not afford a hotel the first night the next day he sad we had to leave both roommates were uncomfortable. What are my options?

Without seeing the legal separation order, this question cannot be answered. However, you can file for Dissolution in the legal separation case and ask for a provisonal hearing. The order at the provisonal hearing will supercede the legal separation order.
If the legal separation is in Indiana, then file a dissolution petition. If it was in Maryland, you nered to contact your Maryland attorney, and if you didn't have one, get one right away.
