Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I retained a lawyer, paid her the filing fee for the divorce...and have yet to receive any documents or a phone call from my lawyer. This was in Feb 2010 and it is now July 2010. What should I do? She will not return any of my phone calls. I, also, looked up her information on the Indiana State Bar website and found that she has a pending misconduct allegation. Any advice would help, thank you.

Fire her in writing. Demand a return of your money and an explanation. If you get neither, report her to the state disciplinary commission.
